Returns & Exchanges – Store Credit Only

• All returns are eligible for store credit only. Refunds to original payment methods are not offered.

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery, in original condition and packaging.

• Custom, special-order, clearance, and final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

• To start a return, please contact us at Hello@bungalowhome.com. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions and a return authorization. Please note that shipping returns will need to be sent to the following address: 615 Beachland Blvd, Vero Beach, FL 32963
• Once we receive and inspect the item(s), you will be issued an in-store credit in the form of a gift card or account credit.

 

A Few Things to Keep in Mind

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 
• Sale, clearance, personalized, and custom items are final sale and can’t be returned.
• Gift cards are non-returnable.
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 48 hrs with photos.
