Many of our larger furniture and design pieces are made to order or specially sourced. Lead times vary by product. If you have any questions, please call us at 772-538-1784

In-stock items typically ship within 2 business days of purchase.

Custom or special-order items may take up to 4 weeks to ship.
Delivery Options
We offer several delivery options depending on the size and type of your order:

Small Items & Decor: Shipped via standard carriers with tracking provided.

Furniture & Oversized Items: Delivered through our trusted freight or white-glove delivery partners. This may include in-home delivery, unpacking, and assembly, depending on the service selected. In-store or warehouse pick-up is also available.

In-store pick-up: Smaller items are available for in-store pick-up. Custom or larger furniture items can be picked up at our warehouse.
Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on order size, weight, delivery method, and destination.

For white-glove delivery or special placement (stairs, tight spaces, etc.), additional fees may apply.
Receiving Your Order

Please inspect all items upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hrs of delivery with photos, and we’ll work with you to resolve it quickly.

Large shipments may require that someone be present to sign for and accept the shipment.
Returns & Exchanges – Store Credit Only

All returns are eligible for store credit only. Refunds to original payment methods are not offered.

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery, in original condition and packaging.

Custom, special-order, clearance, and final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the shipping provider for assistance if your package is lost or stolen after delivery.
